"Works, but does it get too hot for anyone else?"
The converter does what it’s supposed to do, but it gets really hot when it’s running, which makes me a little uneasy. The fan helps a bit, but not enough to make me feel comfortable leaving it on for very long. Maybe I’m being overly cautious, but I’d be nervous using it for extended periods

"Didn’t play nice with my battery setup"
I bought this converter thinking it would work with my lithium battery setup, but it just didn’t charge properly. The compatibility details weren’t very clear, come on now, that’s kind of important to know before buying. Ended up having to return it.

I ordered one part and received something completely different. Mistakes happen, but it feels like the right thing is to double-check orders before shipping them out so customers don’t have to deal with the hassle. Disappointing experience.

"Install was way more frustrating than I expected"
I thought installing this would be straightforward, but it ended up being confusing and took forever. I kept running into issues and felt like I was just left to figure it out on my own, which made the whole process even more annoying.

I was expecting the wiring setup to be straightforward, but the directions ended up being more confusing than I thought they’d be. A few of the labels weren’t very clear, and the diagram didn’t really make things any easier. I had to search online to make sure I was doing it right, which was kind of frustrating. It’s doable, but not ideal if you’re hoping for a simple, stress-free install.

I sent it back already and I'm still waiting on my refund. the whole return process has been way more annoying than it shouldve been.

"Just too loud for me"
I bought this thinking it'd be quiet enough for my space, but the fan noise is too much. It kicks on loud and just keeps buzzing, which gets annoying fast in a smaller room. It might work fine otherwise, but I can't listen to that all day

I checked out PowerMax Converters hoping to find a decent deal, but the prices felt way too high!! After comparing with a few other options, it just didn’t seem worth it to me. Not really impressed

"Voltage was all over the place"
Tried using this thing and the voltage just kept jumping around like some cheap junk. My lights were flickering, and the charger started acting weird too. this little headache isn’t something I’d buy again.

"Was supposed to fit, but didn’t"
I ordered the size that looked like it was supposed to fit my setup, but when it finally showed up, it was way off. I can’t remember if I ordered it last week or the week before, but it felt like I’d been waiting on it forever just to find out it wouldn’t work. Frustrating and not really worth the hassle for me

"Not a lot of choices at all"
I was really hoping there’d be more to choose from, but the selection was just limited. Like, really limited. I kept browsing around thinking maybe I was missing something, but nope, still couldn’t find the converter I needed. It got frustrating fast because there just weren’t enough options, and the whole thing started to feel annoying. I ended up giving up and looking on other sites instead.

"Charging felt way too slow"
I expected this to keep up better, but it barely managed to hold the battery level. It’s fine if you’re not in a rush, but the charging speed just wasn’t cutting it for me.

I was trying to buy a converter, but the checkout kept giving me errors every time I tried. My card was working fine on other sites, so I’m sure that wasn’t the issue. After a few attempts, I just gave up. it left me feeling frustrated and like it wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Nothing I Needed Was Actually Available"
I went in hoping to pick up a few things, but somehow everything I needed was out of stock. It felt like either the shelves aren’t being kept up with or the inventory isn’t really being checked. Either way, it ended up being a waste of time

I reached out to their tech support hoping they’d actually help me sort things out, but it didn’t feel very useful. The replies were slow, generic, and I still ended up figuring most of it out on my own. I got the impression they’re more focused on getting your money than making sure the product actually works smoothly for you after the sale. Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine was disappointing...
